Joining online is now so easy. Applying shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes. You will need to have the following information before you begin :

1. Bank account number.
2. Bank sort code.
3. Details of Account holder.

1. Download and then print out the Pay through salary UNISON Membership Form.

2. Complete the Membership Form and sign the authorisation at the bottom.

3. Send the completed and signed forms to:
