Branch Case Worker Opportunity

The Branch is recruiting a Case Worker on a 17 hour per week contract. The salary is in line with Unison pay scales and is currently £46,910 pro rata, with an actual salary of £22,784.

The work will cover all the employers that the Branch covers, but with a focus on School, which makes up a third of the Branch membership. It will mean that the ability to travel across the County (and on occasion outside) is necessary. The Branch pays the HMRC rate for use of your own vehicle, in such situations.

The Branch is very busy, dealing with over 100 members per week. The person we are looking for therefore needs to be organised, as well as having an excellent grasp on employment law and representing members at meetings, grievances and disciplinary's.
