EHRC Guidance delayed on Trans access to services and sports.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has delayed its updated Code of Practice being published following the Supreme Court's ruling in For Women Scotland. The guidance which is expected to restrict trans women's access to some services and sports, has led to multiple legal challenges. What remains unchanged is that employers must remember that it remains unlawful to discriminate against trans workers.
